• Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Cash, MC/Visa/Debit card and local cheques are accepted (with valid ID). Please make cheques payable to: U.B.C. Aquatic Centre
• All returned cheques are subject to a $15.00 service charge.
• The current lesson set has to be completed and progress card has to be shown to cashier when registering for the next set
• NO registrations taken after 9pm. NO phone registrations taken during busy times.
• All classes are subject to cancellation due to lack of enrollment.
• For any lesson changes/transfers there is a $5 administration fee.
• Refunds are only issued if withdrawn more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to start date and are subject to the $5 admin fee!  Please read the full refund policy at time of registration.
