With water supporting your growing uterus, you will experience improved circulation and a feeling of 'weightlessness.' Buoyancy also allows you to exercise on your back without restricting oxygen flow to you and your baby. Each Class includes cardio, strength training and flexibility. All Fit 4 Two Instructors are Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialists and follow the guidelines of Society fo Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada. (SOGC).
