Aqua Zumba is a high energy, calorie burning, easy to follow exercise moves performed in shallow water to Latin music. The music and the exercise will keep you coming back for more. Get energized! Use of a floatation belt and noodle provides a superior and challenging non-impact water workout. Improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility without stressing your joints. Great for injury or joint rehabilitation, cross training, back problems, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and pre/postnatal. Those attending should be comfortable in deep water.

Fitness and fun for both mom and baby. Ease back into fitness and introduce your baby to the water. Your certified Fit $ Two pre and postnatal specialist will lead you through 45 mins of cardio and muscle endurance while incorporating your baby through son and movement. Babies should be 6-24 months old. Please dress baby in an official swim diaper.

Exercising in the water is refreshing and rejuvenating! With water supporting your growing uterus, you will experince improved circulationand the feeling of 'weightlessness'.Buoyancy also allows you to exercise on your backwithout restricting oxygen flow to you and your baby. Each class includes cardio, strength training and flexibility. All Fit 4 two instructors are certified Pre and Post natal fitness specialistsand follow the guidelines of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC)

Ages 55 and over (18+ also welcome)
Starts with 30 min of mild stretching, flexibility, range of motion, relaxation, balance, posture and muscular endurance exercises to music on the pool deck (on mats). Followed by 30 min of shallow water exercises at chest depth, performed to music. The class focuses on low-impact movement and is ideal for people with physical limitations and/or medical conditions. Exercises are simple and progressions are provided.

Exercises performed in chest depth water. Give yourself a total workout with little impact and joint stress. Intensity is moderate to vigorous and appropriate for all levels. Class includes muscular strength and endurance, core stability, range of motion, flexibility, postural and cardiovascular movements.

Improve swimming skill, ability and endurance through distance swimming, stroke correction and interval training. Must be able to swim 100m continuously and at least 2 of the following strokes: front crawl, back stroke or butterfly. This program is great for the recreational swimmer who would like to improve strength, endurance and cardiovascular conditioning.
